For blue eyes, it's all about finding the right color to get the attention they deserve. A few money saving options for going out from Forever 21. Any of these can accomodate to the weather with tights or a blazer. The Oxfords at the bottom are not must have, but I felt they worked well with every outfit. Bodycons and leggings are always great for showing off all the right assets for any party ;)
